Valentine’s Day Workout
Warm-up: 14 Minutes aerobic conditioning (get your HEART rate up)

Workout: 14 repetitions x 3 rounds
-14 weighted squats
-14 push-ups (incline/regular)
-14 mt. climbers each leg
-14 flutter kicks each leg
-14 bent over rows (standing back rows is fine)

*Finisher- give someone you love a bear hug for a uncomfortable amount of time

Do you want to lose weight⁉️

Incorporate Dark Leafy Green Vegetables – Super calcium-rich dark leafy greens including kale, spinach, romaine lettuce, chard, collard greens, etc. are ideal for helping weight loss.

Recipe Tip:
Sauté your greens in “good” olive oil and diced garlic (not minced). Add a pinch of salt and pepper for taste.
