The US army corps of engineers is holding a cleanup day April 22 9-11 am at Bossard nature area (across the. road from dam parking) to celebrate volunteer week. All volunteers are welcome to help.

Some may have thought it was cool this evening but Mike Wooley is not. Mike got Woodcock Wednesdays first Ace of the season and his third this week. His others were at Townline on Saturday and Road Apple on Sunday as well. Great job Mike!

A special thanks to all those who joined us this year for Woodcock Wednesday doubles League. By my account, we golfed 30 nights and 211 rounds. We'll start our league again when we spring forward next year. Until then, join us at Edinboro for glow on Wednesdays at a time to be determined.

Woodcock Wednesday league is back on for Woodcock due to a parent shooting near or on Edinboro campus. The back nine is closed between 2 - 7 or later.

The Stainbrook Footbridge in the Outflow Recreation Area downstream of Woodcock Dam will be closed Aug. 18-22 for the public's safety during repairs.

Visitors can still access either side of Woodcock Creek near where water exits the dam, just upstream of the footbridge.

A special thank you goes out to our volunteers. Tom W. has mowed hole 11 and Pat S. has been w**d eating holes 5 and 6. He has even volunteered to adopt the holes and maintain them until further notice. If you see them on the course, be sure to thank them.
Woodcock Army Corps of Engineers has also mowed the tall stuff between holes 5, 6 and 7. No more lost discs. Thank you!
