Roll out your yoga mats with us every Sunday through Thursday! We have a class for everybody! Looking for something slower, more stretchy, and relaxing? Try our Yin classes on Sundays (with a sound bath included at the end). Looking for more movement and cardio? Check out our Vinyasa Flow classes or our Power Vinyasa classes where we increase strength building and energy!

All classes are included with a membership, class package, day pass, or yoga class drop in. No pre-registration required.

Here are some of our Trivia Night champions over the last year. We’ve had many different themes, teams, brain busters, and laughs. If you haven’t been to one yet, what better way to spend the 1st Friday Night of every month than at your climbing gym with friends, enjoying our Happy Hour, and having a fun community night of trivia? 🤔

Our next Trivia Night is coming up this Friday June 5th from 6:30-8pm and the theme is “Summer Sports.” Sign up starting at 6pm at our front desk. Teams of 2-4. All players of the winning team receive $20 TBF gift cards! See you there!
