Monday (DETOX): 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday (STRENGTH TRAINING): 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday (CARDIO & ENDURANCE): 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Thursday (ANCHOR & CORE): 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Friday/Saturday/Sunday: No class.
