Jaguar Muay Thai Home Page Classes are designed for beginner/intermediate/advanced students or to improve current fitness levels, self defense,or competition( optional).

Josh Kretschmann: head instructor with over 20 years experience in Muay Thai and Boxing. I was first introduced to the martial arts at the age of 7, when I studied Akido, which I continued for about 4 years. I wanted a little more contact, so I enrolled in Tae Kwon Do and studied it for 3 years under Robert Taberna. In 1997 I ran across a Muay Thai program being offered through a work associate w

ho had been training with the instructor and he encouraged me to attend one class. The instructor's name was Carlos Moreno, now Arjan Carlos Moreno. I fell in love with Muay Thai instantly, because it is so functional to real combat. The conditioning was challenging and the power that was involved blew my mind. That is where my Journey started and I have trained, competed, and am now instructing Muay Thai since 1999. There is a ranking system offered at Jaguar Muay Thai, which allows every student to progress at a comfortable pace. I also have been a Personal Trainer since 1999 and have used that knowledge to develop a program that will not only cover the technical aspect of the training, but also cover a wider range of goals such as weight loss, overall conditioning, adaptation to previous injuries etc.

The team went 2-1 today, and we couldn’t be more proud.

Hayden and Leylanie stepped into their very first PMT and both came away with impressive wins. Freddie had a tough matchup and came up short, but showed heart, grit, and learned valuable lessons that will make him even stronger moving forward. Cyclops didn’t get matched up this time, but he was there every step of the way supporting his teammates and showing what being part of a team is all about.

We’re proud of all of our warriors today. Win or lose, we stay humble, we fight hard, and we continue to grow. The journey isn’t always measured by medals and raised hands—it’s measured by the courage to step in, give your best, and come back better than before.
