This is what it feels like to be a Hawk before stepping on the line at the Glenn Rodgers Distance Carnival. Locked in, fired up, and ready to race.

Our athletes took on the 1600 and 800 and there were too many PRs to count. Every week they show up, put in the work, and it’s showing when it matters.

We’re about halfway through the season and this team just keeps getting better. Stronger, faster, more confident every time they race.

So good to see our returners back out there putting in work and setting the tone, and we’re already loving this new group of athletes stepping in ready to learn, grow, and compete.

From Davis to West Sac, this team just keeps getting stronger.

🦅💨 The Delta Hawks had a fantastic showing at the American River Open (SRA Meet #1) on Friday!

✨ 6th grade & under girls – 2 in the Top 10, team placed 2nd overall
✨ 6th grade & under boys – 2 in the Top 10, team placed 1st overall 🏆

For many of our athletes, this was their very first race — and they showed up with heart, grit, and our Delta Hawks core values:
