The Eagle Claw Kung Fu Academy of Sacramento was founded in 1988 by Master Benson Lee, under the name Ying Jow Pai Kung Fu Academy. Master Lee began his training as a student of Grandmaster Shum Leung in New York City in 1976. In 2005, After teaching classes under Master Lee and administering the school for 10 years, Sifu Wolfram Birkenbeul-Hesse became the primary instructor of the school. Sifu W

olfram Birkenbeul-Hesse currently resides in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where he continues to practice and teach Ying Jow Pai and Wu tai chi chuan privately.Currently, Sifu Mary Melliza, also a student of Master Benson Lee, teaches classes and administers the day-to-day aspects of the School. Master Benson Lee resides in Glendale, California, where he continues to teach Ying Jow Pai and Wu tai chi chuan.
