Summit Leader Coaching

Summit Leader Coaching Avid climber and certified life coach. Supporting you to change your life through life coaching, per I will support you to change your life. It’s time, isn’t it?

You CAN live your dreams. It has been shown that where we spend our time is where we see results, or in many cases, no results. What have you been longing for? What do you really want your life to look like? How long have you been thinking: “It’s time to change my life. I've had enough of the old way of doing things?” Change can produce a lot of resistance and resistance is the process of avoiding

change. But all of this is normal. True change is never effortless. My coaching will help you uncover the life you really want, provide you with the tools to move through resistance, and empower you to change your life. The best part is that it will not be a difficult process. Just the opposite! You will discover that life will become easier and that some of the energy you thought was gone forever will start to return as you move toward your goals and dreams. I am very interested in you and ensuring that you get the results you want. Coaching is a partnership with the focus being on the “prize” – a changed life. My job is to make sure you keep your eye on your prize. I have been professionally trained as a life coach and am certified by the Academy for Coaching Excellence and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. I have a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point and a Masters Degree from the University of San Francisco. I live in Sacramento California.

On July 7, 2008, I summited Denali, the highest peak in North America, 20,310 ft. I didn’t know if I could do it at age 62, but I wanted to find out. Two weeks after being dropped off on the Kahiltna Glacier I stood on top. Great guides, Greg and Mike. And terrific climbing buddies.
