Every class at Pace Health and Fitness is built around constantly varied movement, and this is a good example of it in action. Instead of repeating the same motion over and over, the workout strings together different movement patterns across the floor, challenging balance, coordination, and different muscle groups within the same session.
That variety is intentional. Training the body in a wide range of movement patterns builds broader, more complete fitness than repeating a single exercise ever could, and it prepares you for the unpredictability of real life, where the next physical demand is never the same as the last. It also keeps things mentally engaging, since no two workouts ever feel exactly alike.
So when you see a workout mixing several different movements back to back, that’s the whole point — building a level of fitness that transfers to anything, not just one specific skill.
