As I celebrate this incredible milestone, I’m taking a look back at some of the moments that have made this journey so meaningful.

Throwing it back to when I had the honor of speaking at the Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit in front of 7,000 women.

Standing in a room filled with so many powerful, accomplished women and having the opportunity to help them get comfortable with the N- Word "NEGOTIATIONS" was truly unforgettable.
