First 150 contestants to pre-enter the Open both days will receive a contestants bag and a ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฝ. We cannot guarantee splits between horses for late entries. Cash only for all late entries.

Credit card payments will show on your statements from Saddlebook. A $200 dispute fine will apply for all disputed charges. Pre-entries close Tuesday, May 19th at 12noon
Entries on Saddlebook will be paused on Tuesday, May 19th at 12:01pm through 5:00pm
while we work on the pre draw and will re-open after 5:01pm for late entries. Vet/Med Outs - 100% refund on entry fees until 05/15/26. Vet/Med Outs 05/16-05/18 noon is 70% refund on entry fees. No refunds on Stalls, RV spaces, shavings, office fee, credit card processing fee, group rides, time onlys. All Vet/Med Outs need to be email to [email protected] by dates listed. No refunds after 12 noon Tuesday, May 19th. Refunds will be processed the week after the race. Paws on Fire dog races. Sign up at Heiskells Feed Depot Booth. Awards and checks approximately 30 minutes after dog races. Must be present for awards, awards will not roll down, all ties will be broken with the roll of the dice, awards will be not shipped. Dress Code in effect | western hat or helmet, jeans, long sleeve western shirt, cowboy boots | $10 hat fine to arena crew for losing hat anywhere in the arena. We are not responsible for any lost hats. Check winners will be required to complete a W-9 form in full before checks are released. This race is OPEN to ALL, no membership requirements to enter. No membership is required to win awardsโno awards fee. We reserve the right to refuse any entry. Good sportsmanship is expected at all times by all contestants and family members. No level of abuse toward any animal will be allowed. Foul language, misconduct or abusive comments spoken to any Contestant, Spectator, Staff Member or Volunteer will result in immediate contestant disqualification and no refund of entry fees.
