🥳 Happy Sweatin’ For Shriners Day! 🥳

Samantha, along with our very own SFS Fairy Godmother, Tracie 🥰, spent the earlier hours of the day prepping for the whole operation for this weekend (last slide). Head Coach Greg had an early morning training shift and a break before heading back in to help us set up as well.

Not a whole lot of social media action (obvs) but please know we are very much hard at work all day long and throughout the weekend!

Today we’re at the Golden 1 Credit Union Headquarters for their employee appreciation Health Fair!

They’ve done such an amazing job at putting together a fantastic wellness event for their employees. They even had a cool Bingo card for everyone to visit the vendors, on top of getting samples of food, services, and perks just for visiting the tables.

We met so many awesome employees of Golden 1. We talked about their jobs (that they all love!), their injuries, their hobbies and sports that they like and how personal training, golf fitness, and massage therapy can help play a part in their personal wellness journeys.
