Before you head to the first tee, give your body a chance to actually make the swing you’re asking it to make.
Most golfers take a few rushed practice swings, maybe stretch their back once, and then wonder why the first few holes feel tight, stiff, or out of sync. A quick warm-up does not need to be complicated — it just needs to wake up the areas your golf swing depends on most.
Here are 3 quick moves before your round.
**1. Rotation**
Get your upper body and hips moving so you’re not trying to force a turn on the first tee.
**2. Hip Hinge**
Wake up your glutes and hamstrings so you can load better, stay in posture, and create more power.
**3. Shoulder Mobility**
Open up your shoulders and upper back so your swing feels smoother and less restricted.
The goal is not to get tired. The goal is to get your body ready.
A better warm-up can help you move better, feel better, and start your round with a body that is actually prepared to play golf.
