Until further notice, the Capital Athletic Club has discontinued it's fee based HZ Cycle classes.
Please stay in touch as we will begin to incorporate these classes into the Group Exercise Class Schedule. Don't hesitate to contact John O'Sullivan at the Club with any questions.
