I’m Katie, a creativity coach-in-training, a writer, and the founder of HeartStory. My work here is about teaching women how to reclaim personal authority by, quite literally, authoring our own life stories — of the past and present. I help women develop renewed trust in their own inner knowing through writing. I believe, with guided writing as a primary tool, we can re-open the door to intuitive

knowing and embark on a journey of curious discovery that ultimately leads us to a fierce love for life in all its beauty and imperfection.
