☕️🎈🥯🐏🍉☀️🏝️🏕️😴
Born in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.

Graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s in mathematics. Go heels! At her time at UNC she became a two-time ACC Champ and an All-American in Cross Country.

Recently finished 5th in the 1500m at the 2026 US Indoor Champs

Specializes in the 800 and 1500

She’s the oldest of seven so she enjoys spending time with her family. Loves coffee, playing games, solving puzzles, and a good joke.

Just signed with Adidas this year and excited to chase some big goals with Golden Peaks.

Alex is a middle distance runner from New Jersey and currently based in Flagstaff, AZ.

She ran for Rutgers University where she was a 3x Big Ten champion and holds 7 school records. She then transferred to Northern Arizona University for senior year where she was a Big Sky Champion and helped the team place 4th at the NCAA cross country championships.

Alex loves spending time with her partner Lou (in NYC 🥲). She enjoys time with friends & family, coffee, trying new recipes, reading and recently going to book club with runners/friends in flag. Also does nails as a side hustle. Usually always talking and probably on AUX

Ellie is British middle-distance runner who specializes in the 800m and 1500m. Currently training between Flagstaff, Arizona and Brighton, England.

She has represented Great Britain at major championships such as:
2X European Indoor Championships finalist in 800m & 1500m.
World Outdoor Championships Semifinalist 800m.
European Outdoor Finalist 1500m.
British indoor 1500m Champion 2023 breaking Zola Budds championship record.
European Team Champs 800m Gold
Silver medals in the 800m at both the 2017 European U20 Championships and the 2019 European U23 Championships.

Meet the Team: Katie Izzo
🏃🏼‍♀️🌊🌵🌄🌻🦋🌞☕️💫🐾💛

Born in Southern California and has lived/trained in Tucson, San Diego, and currently Flagstaff.

Graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and transferred to University of Arkansas for Grad school, helping Arkansas win the 2019 NCAA Cross Country Championships while finishing 3rd individually.

Overcame a major tibia/fibula fracture in college and came back to run some of the fastest collegiate times in the country. The titanium rod is still in her tibia today.

Represented Team USA three times at the World Athletics Cross Country Championships (2023, 2024, 2026). Recently finished 2nd at the 2025 U.S. Cross Country Championships, continuing to establish herself as one of the top cross country competitors in the country/world.

Specializes in the 5K, 10K, cross country, and now the roads.

Loves coffee shops, beach and mountain towns, soaking in the sunshine, country music, mini Australian shepherds, traveling, and exploring new places.

Big believer in chasing growth, uplifting others, and finding joy in the journey. Enjoys quality time with family and friends, and is grounded in her faith.
