Our gym came together and rowed an incredible 1,990,861 meters during the month of June! 💪

This wasn't just about the numbers, it was about showing up, staying consistent, pushing through when it got tough, and supporting each other every step of the way.

I'm so proud of everyone who participated and helped make this challenge a success. Every single meter counted, and together we accomplished something amazing.

Yesterday was our CrossFit Natomas Guys Golf Day, and it was a great reminder that the friendships built inside the gym carry over far beyond workouts.
