Start 2025 with a fresh challenge and be part of the inaugural Sacramento CommUNITY Run Series. This free, year-long running challenge is designed to unite Sacramento’s runners and walkers through community-driven events. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore new local runs, support community fitness, and help make Sacramento a more inclusive and connected running community.

Participants will receive a free Sacramento CommUNITY Run Series T-shirt at their first event. Those who complete at least four events will earn a commemorative medal.

2024 was an unforgettable year, thanks to YOU, our incredible local running community. Looking back, we’re so grateful for the moments we shared, from the Credit Union SACTOWN Run and Stride Olympic Days to running the NCAA D2 National meet, Sacramento Running Week, hosting another phenomenal California International Marathon, Run the Parkway, youth cross-country meets, and so much more.
