Had to pull this memory up because I'm so deeply saddened that we weren't running at the NYS Fair this year. My fingers are crossed that we'll be back next year and maybe with even more riders!

On a more positive note, enrollment for our after school program closes tomorrow!

Ive had the riders come and go because they didn't do "more"

It's safety. It's foundation. It's education.

Period. And that's what we teach here.

If they can’t walk and steer, they can’t trot and steer.
If they can’t balance at the trot, they aren’t ready to canter.
If they can’t go catch their own horse, groom it, tack it up and take responsibility for it, how are they supposed to lead that horse from the saddle?

Going faster does not equal getting better. Strapping your kid to a horse and sending them into the arena isn’t making them better, it’s setting them up to get hurt.

You might think watching your kid walk circles isn’t exciting. You might think they should be cantering, jumping “doing more.”

But sometimes they’re simply not ready.

And respectfully — that’s why you hired an instructor. Because knowing how and when to progress a rider is our job.

We aren’t holding your kid back. We’re building the foundation that keeps them safe and makes them GOOD.

🏫back to school is right around the corner📚🎒

🍎Currently looking for potential interest in an after school program every other week from September to November.

🍎Two hours long to discuss and interact with basic horsemanship/ride, work around the horses, and some table work.

Denver got the princess treatment from Emily Spicer at Bloom Animal Therapy and Wellness all weekend.

We're kind of far up here by Canada 🤣 I'm so thankful she still makes the trek to see us!
