Fall routines stick because the weather cooperates and school rhythm is solid. Water safety? Same deal. 👏🏼

Fall lessons build skills that stick harder than summer ones ever do. A consistent schedule + cooler mornings = real progress.

Build the habit now that lasts all year. https://www.safesplash.com/locations/sachse-tx

Adults come to swim lessons for very specific reasons. Not "I should know how to swim," but "I want to feel confident on our family vacation" or "I need this for the triathlon I'm training for" or "I want to actually enjoy being in the water instead of being anxious."

What's your reason? Your specific goal helps instructors meet you where you are.

Fall swimming hits different. 🍂

Starting now means your kid heads into next summer already confident in the water instead of relearning from scratch. More skill. Same great instruction.

Nothing like the nap that follows swim class. 😴💙

All that kicking, splashing, and new sensory input adds up to one very content, very sleepy baby by the time you get home. If your little swimmer's post-lesson nap runs a little longer than usual, that's a good sign. It means they worked hard and had fun doing it.

Ready to give your baby that same tired-happy feeling? Book a ParentTot class this week.

Baby swim lessons help with sleep, appetite, muscle development, and safety.

Plus they're a great way to bond. Swipe through to see why it's never too early to start, and tag a parent who needs to see this!

Toddler curiosity moves fast, and standing water anywhere in the house (not just the pool) deserves the same level of caution.

A Water Watcher is one adult, fully present, with eyes on the water the entire time kids are in it.

American Red Cross says it takes as little as 20 to 60 seconds for a non-swimmer to become an active drowning victim. That's barely enough time to glance at a phone or grab a towel. Being a Water Watcher means no distractions. No exceptions.

Don’t wait for a close call. Make water safety part of your family’s routine and book a swim lesson today. 🌊

Before a baby’s first swim lesson, comfort with water often starts somewhere much smaller: bath time. 🛁

Those calm, unhurried moments can help water begin to feel familiar. When you introduce your baby to the pool, take the same approach. Hold your baby while you sit together on the steps. Let them feel the water at their toes before going any farther. End while they’re still enjoying it.

For babies, it all starts with small, positive moments with a parent close by. Reach out to learn more about ParentTot classes for babies as early as 4 months. 🌊

Your child's swimsuit color can be the reason why you save them in an emergency. 🎨

Bright, bold colors like neon orange or lime green stand out against blue pool water, ocean waves, and light sand, making a swimmer easier to spot quickly if something goes wrong. Neutrals and pastels blend right in, making it difficult to see a child in the water.

Stock up before your next lesson and ask our front desk what colors show up best in their pool. 🌊

Our ParentTot classes welcome babies starting as early as 4 months old, all the way up to 36 months based on ability. A parent gets in the water every class, working side by side with an instructor guiding up to six parent and child pairs at once, building the foundational skills every swimmer needs later on.

As babies grow into toddlers, ParentTot 2 builds on those foundations with early stroke skills and stronger water confidence, still with a parent right there in the pool. Starting early is about giving your child time in the water before independence is even the goal, so comfort and instinct build naturally, one class at a time.

Wondering if your little one is ready? Reach out this week to get started. 🌊
