A FYI to all GR Area Cyclists:

Due to COVID-19 the Canadian Province of Québec was in a shut down mode on May 20, (like numerous locations across the globe) and forbidden to hold outdoor activities. Their Provincial Government, which has direct involvement in and supports their Tour du Silence (TduS) annually, has given the Federation of Québec Sports Cyclists approval to hold their TduS on the 3rd Wed. in Sept., the 16th.

Outside of the U.S.A., Québec typically has had the most RofS/TduS globally, 20-24 locations across the Province each year.

Because of my “Crash” early in May, I was unable physically to ride or attend Holland's RofS this year. I plan on joining my fellow cyclists on Sept. 16 in Québec, here in Holland. Consider joining us that day with a local Ride of Silence "Tribute Ride" and document it either with a listing on the RofS website noting it as such, or reply to this message noting what City you rode in and the location in the city; a District or Neighborhood, from a city park or in the NE, SW, etc. part of the City. This includes both road & Virtual Rides.

I hope you join us on the 16th, and Ride Safe (unlike me on May 5th! 😕 😎 )
