I'm excited to announce that I'm now offering personal training services through my page, Personal Quest with Aaron Jones! As someone who's passionate about fitness and helping others, I'm eager to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just get in shape.

To help me gain experience and help others, I'm currently offering a free 30-minute workout session. This session can be in-person at Legends Fit in Rockwall, or virtual if that's more convenient for you. I'm also available for sessions at my home gym in Sachse.
