‼️‼️‼️Update #3‼️‼️‼️

Hello Parents!

My #1 goal has always been to teach children how to be safe in and around the water.💦 I’ve had an overwhelming amount of interest and registration for next week’s swim lessons, and I’m so grateful for the trust families have placed in me. 🙏

Because of the 💥high demand💥 we’ve extended the swim day to accommodate more swimmers AND we have reduced class sizes to give each child more one-on-one attention. This change has opened 6 spots and I couldn’t have done this without 💖Nadia💖YES, she’s coming back! As most of you know, Nadia has been a treasured instructor with 🏊‍♀️Finn Swim Academy🏊‍♀️ for years, and I couldn’t be happier to have her back in the pool. She’s now a Rangeland Ecologist and is taking time out of her busy schedule next week to teach alongside me once again.👯‍♀️

‼️🏊‍♀️WE CAN ONLY TAKE 6 MORE SWIMMERS🏊‍♀️‼️, so if you want lessons please register. I know many have had issues with downloading google docs. If you’re one of them let me know and I will email the form. Again, if families are needing payment options and flexibility, please reach out to me directly. We will definitely make arrangements that work for you. I do not want fees to be the reason a child cannot learn to swim, float and be safe around the water.

Hello parents! It's been a few years since I've taught swim lessons, and I've missed it more than I realized. Since Finn Swim Academy retired and my nursing career took me and my family across the U.S., many have asked if I will ever teach swimming lessons again. It's been humbling! 🙏

I have ONE week before heading to my next hospital assignment, so I'm opening up a week of intensive swim lessons next week. There are four time slots to choose from. Each lesson is every day for 1.5 hours starting next week. 😎

Every child is different, and I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We move at your child's pace 🤽‍♂️— once they grasp one skill, we push forward. Some kids soar after Day 2, others hit their breakthrough on Day 5. But by Friday, you will not recognize your child in the water. The growth is fast. The progress is real. 🏊
I am a huge fan of combining different ages and skill levels. Why?
It's realistic. Also, younger kids watching older ones do something brave helps them feel braver. And older kids naturally become more mindful and responsible with little ones nearby. From my experience, it just works.

✅ Underwater breathing and calm body control
✅ Panic prevention in the water
✅ Real-life swim-to-survive techniques

I understand school is still in session, and although I am a HUGE fan of skipping school for "recreational" purposes, not all parents are onboard with that...haha..

2 of our 4 time slots are almost full! I want to accommodate as many swimmers as I can, but I want to keep the class size small. I want to maximize the time I have with your kids and have them swimming, floating, and safe in the water by Friday. Registration is open until Saturday evening. Hello Swim Family!

I’m not sure where to begin this post. I have written and re-written it many times. After a lot of prayer and consideration between swimming and another opportunity, I have come to the saddening decision that I am unable to teach swim lessons this year. For the past nine years you have trusted me with your children, my little swimmers, and for that I am forever grateful. It has been an absolute privilege watching them overcome their fears and being a part of their growth and confidence. I cannot thank each and every one of you enough for supporting me and my family over the years. I wish the absolute best and safe summer for every one of you.

I cannot believe we are on our 10th season! I am so excited to see my previous swimmers and meet new ones!!! It's going to be another amazing summer!!!
Inquiries began in January, and it continues to get busier and busier. Please allow a couple of days for me to reply to your texts, emails and messages. I promise to get back to each and every person.
April registration date to be announced. Once last year’s 2021 swimmers have registered, we will open it up for new students.

Monday- Friday (10am-2pm)
$399+$25reg fee
Drop your child off for 4 hours of swim lessons, games, water safety and a lot of loud fun! Lunch provided.

Camp 1: May 30- June 3
Camp 2: June 6- June 10
Camp 3: June 13- June 17
Camp 4: June 20-June 24
Camp 5: June 27- July 1

Weekly Swim Lessons
Monday-Friday...30-minute lessons...5 days a week

Infant Float
$399/week +$25 registration fee

These lessons were carefully crafted for the wee ones who are too young to swim but can crawl 100 miles in 10 seconds flat! Your child will be taught to control their breath while underwater and independently float until help arrives. By graduation, their floating skills will be tested fully clothed, in rushing water, and in a “fall in the water” scenario.
SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY!!!

These lessons were designed for the parent and child who enjoys taking a hands-on approach while creating confidence and develop water skills at an introductory level.

We are coming up on our last week of swim lessons for our ninth season. If you would like lessons with us, this is the last week to do so. Spots are limited and only a few remaining. There is no availability in Swim Camp.
