Looking back on an amazing 2022....

I am reminded how grateful I am to be able to work with amazing people in an environment that I love! The energy, effort, and fun that each person brings to each class is so inspiring and motivating! Thank you for all of the support that you bring to the studio throughout the year!

It has been quite the year... to say the least! Looking back on the challenges and uncertainty that has plagued all of us, I sit back and I am amazed that the holidays are suddenly upon us!

I want to give THANKS and GRATITUDE for all of the love, support, and strength that I have received from the Studio 7 community during these past months!!! This year has brought the world to a standstill in a single moment- and yet we zoomed, moved, laughed, and cried our way through it all! AND, we will continue to do so! Private and semiprivate sessions have been going strong!! It is wonderful to be able to see you all again- whether in-person or on-screen!

2020 also brought Studio 7 to a new location at 150 Lafayette Road in Rye in September! This beautiful new space offers flexibility, more physical space, outdoor ventilation, and a fabulous community of neighboring businesses! I am looking forward to the opportunities that are ahead!

Wishing everyone MANY blessings this Thanksgiving!! I wish for all, regardless of how you celebrate this year, that you are surrounded by those that you love! Whether they are with you in-person or in-spirit!
