We’ve now held 2 very successful events since moving to . Again Thankyou to everyone who came out to compete at our Nightmare Before Carnage meet . We couldn’t have done it alone . Not without the spotters, loaders , volunteers , vendors and most importantly the lifters! However the wheels are already turning for the next event!!

I am already thinking of the next event , this will be the Second Annual open house style event ! Hopefully it will be in March (maybe second Saturday) I plan on gathering plenty of local vendors as well as other brands in the lifting community . I want to have plenty of raffles and goodies available as well as some carnival style lifting events ! All of that is yet to be decided but right now I just want to put some feelers out there …..

Got to meet up with someone who has been in the sport longer than many of you who have been alive . Someone who everyone can learn a thing or two from in both life and lifting . Was an honor and a pleasure to come out and train with and his crew . Hype to see y’all again next week! These two are going to kick ass on 10/29 and put up some big lifts together !

The meet is a Push Pull and takes place on 10/29 Delco Strength Shop] 32 S Morton Ave

Hosted by Revolution Powerlifting] And Deathwish Barbell TM]

There will be prizes for 1st place in each division as well as special prizes for the following :
Top Male and Female Deadlift
Top Male and Female Bench
Top Male and Female Total (by coefficient)

You may also still register for bench only or deadlift only if that is what you choose

We will be doing all divisions , raw/single ply/ multiply/ unlimited

There will also be vendors at the meet for snacks , food , dogs , message therapy, supplements, lifting gear, and much much more !

Attention all — the gym will be CLOSED for setup through cleanup of the meet from 3pm 10/28 through 5pm 10/29 — please don’t be an ass and try to come and do your workout. You WILL be asked to leave. Signs will be posted this weekend and you have a month’s notice
