KMA Firefighter Reality Based Training

KMA Firefighter Reality Based Training Providing reality based firefighter down training to departments. KMA specializes in RIT training and techniques that are proven to work.

We are a dedicated training group that has come together for a common cause, to provide realistic and practical training to our fellow firefighters. We do this by providing the tools and techniques we have learned and have proven to be effective. KMA specializes in Rapid Intervention, training firefighters to perform the unthinkable: saving one of their own. KMA stands for Keeping Memories Alive.

We do this by reading about brothers and sisters who have made the ultimate sacrifice; and we honor them by training to assure we are not caught in the same situations.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the brothers and sisters of the FDNY today. Keeping the memory of Lt. Gordon M. Ambelas alive.

Keep the memory alive! Train like you fight and fight like you have trained.

At KMA we are all about keeping the memories of our fallen brothers and sister alive. That is why we train and do what we do. Tonight along with the Chittenden Volunteer fire department we kept the memory of a local firefighter alive and trained in his memory. Kip Young was a member of the Rutland Town Fire department and at one point or another had an impact on everyone he met. Rest easy brother.
