Hi Everyone! It has been a minute since I have popped in here. You know how social media goes right?

But alas I continue to be out here doing all my things & it has been such an amazing year! SO in my Body Essentials World, I continue to support many thru their health and fitness journey.

Most recently (and what gets me here in front of you today), I finally got to launch an app. It is simple and my purpose in getting it started is to a give a landing spot for anyone craving local support & accountability with app based movement programming. I could expand but will just drip out philosophy in upcoming days and weeks. For now I want to offer the current programming free. SO if you need an extra boost to get some exercise and prefer to have it from a local source but want the ease of an app, join me! The programming goal right now is to get you / keep you moving easily. Daily walking goals and a weekly movement video that you can do as little or as much as you want to keep you loose and mobile preparing you for bigger and better things or adding an element of active recovery if you are already engaged in regular exercise programming!
