Well. Show day is in two day🥳🥳💪🏻 I have pushed harder than I ever have for all my other shows. Daytime and night time double cardio sessions. Weight training. Through all the tired days and night. It's almost time to step on stage.
All I know is I am bringing my best look thus far!
Stage weight 2024 was 169.8lbs
Starting weight this time around was 220lbs and now today sitting at 174.4lbs. Most likely will be high 173s.
Proper off season 2025 and packing on 3-4lbs of new muscle tissue. 2026

Still 45 days out!! ☺️ double cardio sessions seem to be helping. First carb refeed began last Saturday. You have to trick your body. That's the purpose of the carb refeed day. It helps you break through weight plateaus.
