A massive shoutout to everyone who put on a vest, scaled the movements, cheered on their lane partners, and left it all on the floor today.
We sweat, we suffered a little, and we finished together. Proud is an understatement. Rest up, hydration is your best friend today, and enjoy the rest of the day!

The tradition continues. This Memorial Day, we come together as a community to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Whether it’s your first Murph or your tenth, scaled or rx’d, with a vest or without—we tackle this one together.

8:00 AM – Workout with coach
9:30 AM – Open Heat

1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
(20/14 lb vest optional)
