2026 State Trap is in the books! We had heat, we had rain, we had wind, and we had cold, but through it all we still had some great scores and personal bests. Congratulations to all! 🎊🎉

Yesterday was our last day at the state range. We finished our week with our high schoolers shooting singles. This is our varsity group.

On Friday our Senior Division athletes took their turn with the singles event. The weather cooperated and we had sunshine all day long. We had 12 of our 14 HS athletes attend. We think everyone may have had at least one personal best--even if it was just for a round of 25 targets.
Scores are all out of 200 targets:

There was a total of 18 rounds of 24 and 17 rounds of 23. Very impressive! That means that in 96 rounds our athletes shot, there were 42 rounds where they only missed 2 or less targets!
At the end of the day, Coach Paul and Miss Pat passed out a few medals from league events, 25-straight patches from last year's state shoot, 25- and 50-straight patches from this year's league season, and certificates of recognition to our HS athletes.
We are already looking forward to an awesome season next year!
