Gentle reminder to sign up early for class 😍

Good morning! A reminder about our class cancellation policy at Pacha.

Pacha is a by appointment studio. We do require advance sign up before class. If there is no one signed up for class an hour prior to class start, we go ahead and cancel so our instructors do not have to commute in. Many of our instructors drive up to 30 minutes to teach you, and we want to protect their time.

The simplest way to support us is to sign up at least an hour before class if you plan on coming. If you are having issues with the app you can always call or text 305-975-2506 and we will notify the instructor you plan to come in.

How do I know if the class is cancelled?
If the class is no longer available to book on Vagaro.com/pacha and it is less than an hour before class, it has been cancelled.

What if it’s less than an hour before class and the class is still bookable?
Then go ahead and book it! Booking ahead allows our instructors to plan out class layout. Yes we are able to accommodate walk-ins in this scenario but still prefer advance booking (even if it’s 5 mins prior to class).

Thank you for supporting our small business. We hope to be around long enough to scale and maybe one day we’ll even have a front desk to be able to accommodate all of the spur of the moment students. Right now our focus is sustainability and we appreciate your support.
