Happy birthday to my favorite human. From taking on 3 kids, to deployment, to financial ups and downs to serious car accidents we’ve been through it all. There are so many options for you to stay healthy by including fitness into your daily routines,
You can get a one on one session at the studio, I can come to you, we can do a zoom session, i can even write you up a program to follow (write workouts) based off your needs.
I have a roster of workout knowledge and certifications.
Boxing, Trx, Bosu, kettlebells, yoga, yin, sculpt, HIiT, band work, powerlifting, agility, foam rolling, almost anything you can think of i can help.
I’m also thinking of making online videos for people to use if that is of interest.
Please inquire for rates and questions. No matter how the world has changed, don’t allow your fitness and health be out on the back burner. It is so important!
