🐻❤️ It’s Bearcat Madness Week! 🖤🐻

The Ruston High Wrestling team has been busy freezing popsicles, decorating cowbells, and getting everything ready to serve our RHS students and the community this Friday!

It’s going to be HOT, so be sure to stop by our booth and cool off with a popsicle for just $1! 🍧

What a weekend! 💪🤼

Ruston High School Wrestling and Ruston Wrestling Club were honored to host a Purler Wrestling Camp this past weekend. It was an incredible few days of learning, hard work, and competition as wrestlers from Louisiana and Arkansas came together to train.

We are so proud of our wrestlers, parents, volunteers, and coaching staff. Your hard work and dedication made this event a tremendous success.

A huge thank you to all of our sponsors for your generous support. Events like this wouldn’t be possible without your investment in our athletes and our wrestling community.

In just year two of this program, our numbers have more than doubled — a direct reflection of the commitment, toughness, and belief these student-athletes are bringing to the mat every single day.

This group represents the foundation of something special being built right here in Ruston. Nothing has been given — everything will be earned.

To every athlete listed: congratulations. You’ve taken the first step.

But make no mistake…
the work is just beginning.
