When we opened Metroflex Gym Ruston, we had a vision: to bring more light to bodybuilding in North Louisiana and create a place where people could chase big goals alongside others willing to do the same.
A place where hard work is respected.
Where excuses don’t get stronger than discipline.
Where people push each other to be better every single day.
Year after year, we’ve watched that culture grow. But seeing 13 athletes representing Metroflex on stage in 2026 is something special.
To every competitor on this list, we see you. We see the early mornings when nobody else is awake. The late-night cardio sessions. The meals weighed out. The workouts when you’re tired, sore, and don’t feel like showing up. The sacrifices that nobody applauds and the discipline that nobody posts about.
Because that’s where champions are built.
Stepping on stage isn’t easy. It requires a level of commitment most people will never understand. It takes courage to chase a goal that demands so much from you, and every one of these athletes has answered that call.
What makes Metroflex different isn’t the equipment, the logo, or the building.
It’s the people.
We’re not a commercial gym filled with people casually passing time. We’re a gym full of individuals chasing something greater. Competitors, athletes, and everyday people who walk through these doors determined to become stronger than they were yesterday.
To our 2026 competition team: thank you for trusting us to be part of your journey. You’ve already made us proud, and we’re excited to watch each of you step on stage and show everyone what hard work looks like.
