What a way to end the 2026 Raider Classic! We had an 18-17 slug fest in the final game of the tournament, with 14u Russia taking the edge over Versailles!

We know this weekend hasn’t gone as planned. We know that the unknown of schedule changes can be frustrating.

But, please also know that we have a committee that is 💯 dedicated to doing the best that we can to make this a positive experience.

Just one example is the guys working the fields into the evening tonight to do everything we can to make tomorrow a great championship day for all age divisions!

Day #2 is in the books! Thank you for everyone who came out this evening and supported the athletes and the Russia Community Junior Athletic Association (RCJAA).

Our purpose is to build confident athletes, stronger leaders, and (most importantly) a better community. We exist because of your support.

Please come out and join us tomorrow. I know that everyone loves our Shroomburgers…but our breakfast sausage sandwiches give them a run for their money!!

Games start at 8am and the food willl be ready!

The forecast for the rest of the weekend is looking good. We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow for Day #2! Games start at 5:00pm.

⚾️ The Raider Classic kicks off TONIGHT! ⚾️

The first pitch is at 5:00 PM, and we can’t wait to welcome teams, families, and fans for an awesome weekend of baseball!

Don’t forget to stop by the best concession stands on this side of the Wabash to grab one of our legendary Shroomburgers 🍔🍄. Many say they’re the best around, and we won’t argue! Along with all your ballpark favorites, we’ve got plenty to keep everyone fueled between games.

⚾ Good luck to all the teams, and we’ll see you at the ballpark!

⚾ Volunteers Needed for the Raider Classic! ⚾

The Raider Classic is just around the corner, and we need your help to make it another great weekend for our athletes and visiting families!

We’re currently looking for volunteers to help with:

Our tournament is RCJAA’s biggest fundraisers of the year, and it takes our amazing community working together to make it a success. While the tournament is baseball focused, the funds raised help support all youth sports programs in Russia.

Thank you for supporting RCJAA and helping us provide a great experience for all of the players and fans who will be visiting our community.
