To anyone thinking about trying elliptical training, or any other type of cardio equipment, this is the result of my 30 minute elliptical workout from this morning. I burned 210 calories on a lower resistance random program. Come give it a try at Fire Within Fitness Training!

What a great day at Fire Within Fitness Training ! During classes, we targeted triceps, abs, and glutes. I trained 2 ladies in progressive weightlifting Grisel Avila Delgado Connie. Then I went for a walk/jog, jogging up all the hills, of course! I took 2 minutes off my last time, and burned 70 more calories. Come try a class with us!

For those of you still debating on progressive weightlifting training, I want you to see the benefits. Yesterday morning, my weightlifting routine lasted 1 hour. I burned 370 calories!! For 27 minutes and 30 seconds, my heart rate was in the aerobic heart rate zone, at 118-134 beats per minute. I felt amazing when I finished! Come give it a try at Fire Within Fitness Training!
