Jill brings over two decades of experience in health, fitness, and wellness. She is an E-RYT 500, a Yoga Alliance continuing education provider, ACE Certified Health Coach, and former music educator. Jill integrates her background in sound, movement, and holistic practices to create healing experiences for individuals of all ages.

HIIT the Water (Shallow Water Aerobics)

HIIT the Water is a high-energy, high-calorie–burning aquatic, intermediate water aerobic workout designed to push your endurance and build strength through high-intensity interval training. This class alternates short bursts of intense movement with brief recovery periods, all while using the resistance of the water for a powerful, low-impact workout.

Participants will target multiple muscle groups—including arms, legs, core, back, and glutes—through a variety of cardio and strength-based exercises. Water dumbbells, noodles, and other aquatic equipment may be used to increase resistance and intensity.

This class is ideal for those looking to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and overall conditioning while minimizing joint stress.

Tuesday and Thursdays at 9:30am
