Stop by our front desk or call us at 256-332-4771 for more information. American Health and Fitness is a local Franklin County fitness facility that offers secure access 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, for members with their pass key. American Fitness offers:
a full

gym, including a full complement of free weights, racks and benches, Nautilus and Legend weight machines to target every muscle group, body-weight machines and equipment;

a cardio room with multiple treadmills, eliptical machines, a stair climber and other equipment;

a large, multi-purpose aerobic area for floor aerobics, gymnastics, karate, zumba, step aerobics, yoga and other uses;

a secure private women's area with cardio machines, abs and lower body workout equipment, dumbells, bathroom/changing area, showers, and a women-only tanning bed;

a men's area with showers, sauna, men-only tanning bed, bathrooms and a large changing area;

a racquet ball court;

a kid's zone with a large play area, and child care available during classes;

free classes for members: Zumba, step aerobics, floor aerobics, yoga and other classes (gymnastics and karate classes are available to members and non-members alike, for a fee);

personal training is available, for a fee;
