For His Glory Fitness

For His Glory Fitness Our current class times are Monday-Friday at 5am, 6am, 8am, 4pm and 5pm. Saturday classes are 7:30am and 8:30am. Open Gym time is on Saturdays from 9:30-10:30am.

Our goal as a functional fitness center is to provide athletes with the tools and support system to reach their mental and physical goals regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, s*x, s*xual orientation, and/or political beliefs.

Coach Jenn will be leading a new lunchtime class! We’re testing this time slot to see if there’s enough interest to make it a permanent addition. If a midday workout fits your schedule or you’ve been thinking about joining the gym, this is the perfect time to try it out.

Class starts at 11:30 and lasts about an hour. All fitness levels are welcome, and everything can be modified to meet you where you are.

If you’re already an athlete at the gym, don’t forget to reserve your class times on the app this week!
