Beginner Push Day:

Start with a dynamic warm-up.

15-20 arm circles in each direction.

3 sets / 10-12 band press.

15-20 jumping jacks.

Core and Balance:

2 sets / 12-15 reps band twist: medium tempo

2 sets / 12-15 reps lying toe touches: medium tempo

Resistance:

2 sets / 10-12 Flat or seated chest press: Medium to Slow temp. Rest 60sec. between sets.

2 sets / 10-12 shoulder press: Medium to Slow: Rest 60sec. between sets.

2 sets / 10/12 triceps pushdowns: Medium to Slow temp. Rest 60sec. between sets.

Cooldown:

Treadmill 05-10 minutes: Brisk walking pace with gradually reducing speed.

Static Stretch: Wall stretches each side for 30 secs.

This Workout is for beginners who are currently practicing fitness routines and workouts.
