It was great working out with these two guys at the barbell club today. We go back all the way to Jim Bottins Gym in the 90s. No iron clad unbreakable contracts at the RV Barbell Club but unfortunately a long waiting list.

It’s good to have Jacob Atticus Phillips training at the gym. I’m a few weeks away from a USA PL competition in Maryland. 395 squat and 500 deadlift.
Thanks to Jamie McDougal for the 4 week training program. Feeling good.
