šŸ’™ Introducing IronGearā€™s Newest Gym Member šŸ’™

Meet our grandson Charlie ā€œLedgerā€ Dowling.

Heā€™s the tiniest member of the IronGear Athletics family, but heā€™s already stolen every one of our hearts. His workouts consist of eating, sleeping, stretching, and the occasional yawn between sets.

Iā€™m so incredibly proud of his amazing parents, Landon and Carsyn, as they begin this amazing new chapter together. Watching my son become such a loving dad and seeing Carsyn embrace motherhood has filled my heart in ways I never imagined

Welcome to the IronGear family, Ledger. Poppa C and CoCo love you more than words can say, and we canā€™t wait to watch you grow. Congratulations, Landon and Carsyn. You have given us the greatest gift, and our hearts have never been fuller.

šŸ“£ Weekend Crew Update šŸ“£

We wanted to let everyone know that our weekend classes will be paused for the months of June and July due to very low attendance. At this time, we simply arenā€™t seeing enough participation to continue offering weekend sessions.

Weekend classes will resume in August, and we look forward to getting everyone back together then!

In the meantime, we want to help you stay on track with your fitness goals:

āœ… Special Summer Membership: $30/month for June and July
āœ… Come in during the week and weā€™ll get you set up with a personalized workout plan
āœ… Canā€™t make it in? Send us a message and weā€™ll provide a workout you can do on your own
