What a weekend!

WOFTAM Racing took on Newton Kart Klub and brought home two podium finishes! The whole team worked together flawlessly, and we had an absolute blast doing it. Huge thanks to everyone who came out to help, support, and cheer us on throughout the weekend, we couldn’t do it without you.

Well, tonight we raced at Track Russell for the final race of the seaon. Features started at 10:49pm for the field of 12. After two heat races, Doug started on the pole and AJ started 3rd. After several cautions, restarts, and one flip, AJ won and Doug finished 2nd! Here is the WOFTAM podium for 10/25/2025.

For the past 4 years driver, Doug Larsen and wife/owner Missie have opened up their front porch to a neighborhood day festival, Porchfest. The team got to enjoy some great music and a good time together. The 39, AJ Larsen was even spotted behind the lead singer. So thankful for this team and the power of showing up to support each other both on and off the track!

Pilot of the number 39, AJ Larsen put WOFTAM on the podium in the Cage Kart class last night. Predator class however was a little more tricky. Driver of the 71, Doug Larsen was running in the 3rd spot for most of the feature and then lost his brakes causing him to fall back to 4th and AJ finished P6 in the predator class.

We’ll be busy this week trying to get the karts faster for next weekend. The 39, AJ Larsen will be at TRACK Russell while our team owner Missie Larsen and the 71, Doug Larsen will be visiting family in Colorado! We wish them safe travels!

Finally back at River Bottom Raceway for a beautiful day of racing!

WOFTAM driver AJ Larsen finished last in the rookie cart but somehow figured out how to pilot the 39 into a second place finish in the predator class. Doug chased clutch problems most of the night but managed to put the 71 into the 3rd slot at TRACK Russell!
