Last year we were blessed to have 4 Eagle Scout projects completed at Werner Park. Red Ackerman built a bridge on a walking trail.

Max Bratz made improvements to a dugout on Legion Field and put up four dog waste stations.

Kenji Heathcote made improvements to the volleyball court and built a hopscotch board.

Zoe Gearheart, Warren County’s first female Eagle Scout, built a picnic shelter.

We are very proud of these Eagle Scouts and their accomplishments. We hope you enjoy all of the improvements to Werner Park.

Good Morning Friends , I want to talk about Russell Volunteer fire Department we need your help WE NEED MEMBERS , FIRE , EMS AND OTHERS , it doesn't need to be 24-7 , it is what every can do we have SO much that needs done ! DRILLS EVERY MONDAY 7Pm , monthly meets 2end Mon. every month 7Pm , you attend as many as you are able , 14 to 18 year old JR. 18 and older are members do not say you are to old , our oldest member is 84 year young , PLEASE WE NEED YOU , you can call 814-757-9276 after dark we can talk ! PS all Department you town need you !!
