Today was a day to remember as we claimed our first 16u tournament title, finishing the day with a flawless record! In the face of adversity, our team showed remarkable courage, winning the championship game with 8 players after an injury forced one of our teammates to sit out.

Today we began our fall season with playing our first 16u tournament. This is a big step as we still have some 13yr old on the team. But they took it and ran with it. They went into tournament play in second seed and went to the championship playing against an 18u team with kids already committed to a college softball team. They lost 12-1. But we, the parents and coaches are very proud of them and we are looking forward to another great season of softball.

Just realized I didn’t post anything from our tournament in Berea, we came home as runner-ups.

Had a VERY hot day in Harrodsburg today with winning all 3 games and then we went to the championship as 1-seed to come up short by 1 run.

We came up short on our final game losing by 2 points. It was a tough loss, the girls sure wanted to go further.
