I’m exciting to be teaching Barre again at my home studio!

Right now classes are: Mondays at 11 am, Tuesdays at 6 pm and Saturdays at 8:30 am.

There’s only room for three people in each workout in addition to me so DM me if you want to join! $10 each class...

Hope you can make a class! I also have room and flexibility to add more classes if you would like to suggest a day and time. ❤️

Well! I finally did it! I created a barre studio at my house! We have recently moved into a home with a garage apartment in Harbor Bay in Mirabay. I have turned the garage apartment into a barre studio! I'll be teaching barre every morning at 8 AM! Please come join me. $10 per person. If you want to come every day we can work out a membership plan to save you money. Otherwise it's just $10 each time you come. You can pay cash or online. SO looking forward to working out with neighbors and friends again!

Join us for our new class! Sunset Stretch on Wednesday nights at 7 PM. The class will be held out doors so you’ll need to PM for address each week! This week will be at a private address in Mirabay.

👉Bring your yoga mat.

This class will be some barre and A LOT of stretch! Great way to tackle a hump day! 👊🧘🏼‍♀️🌅
