Our instructors have completed high-quality Pilates certifications recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance, helping ensure they are trained in the principles and techniques established by Joseph Pilates.

After 6 incredible years, we’re so excited to officially share the next chapter of The Pilates Room + Bodies in Motion Studio ✨

Many of you already know Kelly Powers-Figueroa (KPF Fitness & Dance) as a longtime instructor, familiar face, and part of the heart of our studio family. From teaching privates, Pilates, yoga, dance, TRX, events, and so much more — she’s been part of this journey every step of the way.

Now, alongside Kasey, she’s officially stepping into ownership as we continue growing the studio we’ve built together with so much love and passion.

This studio has always been more than a business to us — it’s our creative home, our community, and truly our baby. We are beyond excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to bring you even more classes, events, experiences, and opportunities to move together.

Try our TRX Yogilates class on Wednesday mornings or our TRX class on Saturday mornings. Both classes are designed to build strength, coordination, and stability while leaving you feeling strong and accomplished. TRX was originally developed by a Navy SEAL and uses suspension straps along with body weight training to help build muscle, improve balance, and challenge the entire body.
