POUND is a high-energy, music-driven group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training, and Pilates with drumming. Using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks called Ripstix®, participants perform45-minute "jam sessions" that burn 500-900+ calories. It is designed for all fitness levels to improve rhythm, coordination, and strength.
