40 inches across at the base, over 100 feet tall and dead as a door nail. Top half broke into about seven pieces when it hit the ground. Good times.

Pine tree, 32 inches in diameter with a lightning strike in it. The lightning strike is the lighter colored stripe you can see going up the trunk. The strike hit in the top and followed the trunk all way down to the ground.

Another dead pine tree from the horse corral in Frazier Park, Ca. As you can see, these dead pines like to explode when they hit the ground from becoming so brittle after being dead for so long. Which makes for a long clean up time.
