Warm Weather = Shake Szn!

As the temps rise, shakes are the perfect way to pack in protein without turning on the stove. This one’s refreshing, easy to make, and sneaks in some greens without tasting like a salad.

🍓🥬 Strawberry Vanilla Recovery Shake With Greens
✔️ 35g protein
✔️ 25g carbs
✔️ 3g fat

What’s in it:

1 scoop Ascent Vanilla Whey (sold at the gym!)

½ cup frozen strawberries
½ medium banana
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 handful baby spinach
Ice + optional cinnamon

🌀 Blend it up and you’ve got the perfect post-workout refuel.

📌 Pro tips:
Add ½ cup oats for extra carbs post-lift.
Lower carb? Skip the banana, double the berries.
Want it colder/thicker? Use frozen banana.
